Accommodation


Yes, there are a dressing room for the bride aswell as for the groom.

It is preferred guest book with yourself for you to arrange placement ect. Guest are welcome to individually do payment for there booking with us.

Yes we do have a honeymoon suite and is include in the packages for 60+ guest, for the smaller packages we can do a quotation.

4 Chalets sleep 4 people @ R1550, Youth Lodge sleeps 9 @ R2800, 4 House rooms sleep 2 @ R900, Loft suite sleeps 4 @ R1550, Total 39 include 2 for the Honeymoon suite. Nearby extra accommodation can be arranged.

Decor


Please be sure that if you would like to hang any deocre that it is supported, please use own ladders, cableties, fishing line ect. Please use your own labor, should Bush Loerie do the labor it will be an extra cost and we can give a qoutation.

No, you are welcome to bring your décor, preferably to be set up and removed with your own labor, as this is not included in any of our packages.

You are welcome to start 2 days prior to your function, flowers, décor ect.

We have different options, but can accommodate up to 10 guest per table.

You can arrange these runners yourself, but Bush Loerie can do it as well, at an extra cost.

Tables can be arranged in anyway depending on how they fit.

Yes we do have table runners and table cloths in different colors available.

Fees & Pricing


Final confirmation of amount of guest must be given no later than 2 weeks before your function. No discount will be given if guest is less than originally planned for, packages can be changed no later than 4 weeks before your function.

No date will be reserved before the full deposit is paid. Is you do cancel, your deposit will be forfeit. The deposit will serve as breakage deposit and wil be refunded after your function after, if any breakages was subtracted.

Payment can be done in instalments, 50% of package amountt must be paid 4 months before function date and full payment must be done 4 weeks before your function.

Food & Drinks


Yes a discount will be given on the canapés.

1 Bottle per table of J.C le Roux on packages for 60 + guest, If a more expensive champagne is desired, there will be an extra cost on the champagne.

Yes we can do other or extra cocktails, speak to us about what you want and we can do a quotation.

No, not if it is stored in the accommodation fridges. Corkage fees is only applicable on liquor brought in for use during your function.

Yes, for it is self catering.

For the garden salad all ingredients is served separately and each guest can build his/her own salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, ect). Yes an extra salad is also served like carrot, beetroot, potato, pineapple, ect.

Yes, a wine table can be arrange with an additional fee.

The venue hire fee is for 8 hours from the start of the function, if more hours is requested, please discuss this with us.

Venue Facilities


The cut off time is according to curfew or normal circumstances lights out by 24h00.

Yes, we do have a car guard and the premises is secured with cameras, security beams and alarms.
